The Project

Juratek approached Thorndell Engineering to discuss the fabrication of supporting stands to showcase various automotive components for a trade show that they were to attend in September 2024.

The initial meeting was to discuss the various items, from brake discs to brake pads to brake calipers, and the best way to display them.

Sample frames were created for Juratek to approve and then to confirm final requirements. The main stands were to be of a uniform design but then to have interchangeable accessory plates to support the different sizes and designs of each component.

The various stands were fabricated and powder coated within the customer’s required time limits so that they could be sent to Germany ready for the Automechanika Frankfurt trade show.
